Macy's Shop For A Cause was a huge success for our organization. Macy's being an iconic national retail brand made it easy for us to establish teams and sell passes in various areas of the country. We took full advantage of social media and sold a large number of passes online. The online presence helped us create an open dialogue with the community to bring awareness and discuss infant loss in a more comfortable manner.

Q. I tried to sign-up, but I did not receive the confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam folder for the automated email. If not found, please contact your Charity Coordinator to manually confirm.

Q. I participated last year, do I need to register again?

Yes, previous participants must renew registration each year.

Q. My organization has been approved to participate in Shop For A Cause – now what?

After your organization has been approved, you can login and access these tabs for resources and information:
UPDATE SAVINGS PASS SALES – Access this tab to update your group’s savings pass sales
RESOURCES – Download resources handbook/toolkit
CHARITIES – Find approved charities for all stores nationwide
CONTACT US – Contains a link to our Shop For A Cause email address to contact us directly
ADMIN – Use this page to change your password or information on your application.

Q. I logged in the first time, but now I can’t log-in. Why?

You will not be able to login again until your charity application has been approved. If your application has been approved and you still can't login, please go to the “Contact Us" tab and send an email with the name of your organization, your city and state. We will reply with your correct login information.

Q. I can’t remember my password. What should I do?

On either the ABOUT tab or the CONTACT US tab, click on the Forgot Your Password? link and follow the instructions to get a temporary password
